The Perfect Fraud: Tools, Tactics, and Ethics for Detecting Synthetic Claims
Join Melissa Segel and Kayla McCallum from Swift Currie for an interactive presentation exploring the growing challenge of AI-generated fraud in insurance claims. As artificial intelligence makes it easier to fabricate damage photos, invoices, and even entire identities, adjusters and attorneys must adapt their detection methods. Attendees will learn practical document verification techniques, effective examination strategies, and the ethical considerations essential to investigating suspicious digital evidence in today's evolving fraud landscape.
