Our speakers this month, Jim Durant and Russell Greatorex will teach us how to keep mold and water intrusion claims from turning into expensive, complicated problems. They will share real-world examples drawn from invoice review experience and provide practical, claim-focused takeaways, including:
- Distinguishing routine mold situations from those likely to escalate
- Identifying early red flags that predict cost growth or dispute
- Asking effective, non-technical questions of vendors and consultants
- Understanding when documentation supports decisions versus when it simply appears technical
- Clarifying when independent technical input adds value and when it adds noise
